Shell fabric: agreed before quoting. Send a reference garment or a fabric swatch if you have one. Construction: set to your specification — send a reference garment, a sketch or an existing sample and we will confirm the cut and the measurements before quoting. The fabric sheds moisture quickly, which matters when a garment is worn on consecutive days and has to be dry by the next morning. Gram weight, finish and trim are confirmed on the specification sheet before cutting, and the size chart is agreed against a physical sample rather than a table.

• Decoration: sublimation, screen print, transfer or embroidery. The method is checked against your artwork at the quoting stage — a file that works for one process can fail in another.
• Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; the whole order is cut from a single lot so the colour holds across the size run.
• Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; mixed sizes are accepted inside a single order so you can order to your actual squad or staff breakdown.
• Branding positions: chest, back, sleeve, collar, hem and cuff — tell us where and we will quote each position.
• Labels and packing: your own label can go into the neck, and goods can ship bagged for retail or loose in cartons.
