2. Fabric and construction

Shell fabric: set with you at the quoting stage, from the fabrics we hold for this product family. Construction: a full-zip front, ribbed or elasticated cuffs and hem, and a lined or unlined body as specified. Weight, finish and trims are set on the specification sheet and signed off before the fabric is cut.

3. Customisation options

• Decoration: sublimation, screen print, transfer or embroidery. We look at the artwork before we quote, so the method we name is one your file can actually hold.
• Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; every size in an order is cut from the same fabric lot, so the colour does not drift between garments.
• Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; send the numbers per size and we cut to them, rather than rounding to a standard ratio.
• Branding positions: chest, back, sleeve, collar, hem and cuff — tell us where and we will quote each position.
• Labels and packing: neck labels can be woven, printed or left plain, and packing can be individual poly-bags or bulk cartons.
