Construction: a ribbed crew or raglan neckline with ribbed cuffs and hem. Digital printing holds photographic detail, gradients and fine line work that screen printing cannot reproduce. Printing is chosen to suit the artwork: screen printing for flat spot colours, transfer for fine detail, sublimation for all-over designs. The technical sheet carries the weight, the finish and the trim list, and it has to be agreed before we cut.

• Decoration: digital printing / printed decoration. We check the file against the process before pricing it, since line weights and gradients behave differently in each method.
