Shell fabric: confirmed with you before quoting — tell us the hand-feel, weight and stretch you are after, or ask for the fabrics we hold for this garment type. Construction: a ribbed neckband and shoulder-to-shoulder taping. Vapour escapes through the fabric rather than condensing inside, so the garment does not turn clammy partway through a session. Weight, finish and trims are set on the specification sheet and signed off before the fabric is cut.

3. Customisation options

• Decoration: sublimation, screen print, transfer or embroidery. The method is checked against your artwork at the quoting stage — a file that works for one process can fail in another.
• Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; one dye lot per order, so a small size and a large size match.
• Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; you can split the quantity across sizes rather than ordering a flat number of each.
• Branding positions: tell us the positions you want and every one is quoted on its own line.
• Labels and packing: packing is your choice — single poly-bag with size sticker, or bulk-packed by size.

How is the price worked out?

Quantity, the number of decoration positions, the size ratio and the fabric choice move the price more than anything else. The reference price above is a starting range; the firm quote follows the artwork.

What artwork file do you need from us?

Vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF) is ideal. For all-over or photographic designs a high-resolution raster file at 300 dpi at final print size also works. If you only have a sketch or a reference garment, send that and we will set the file up.
