1. What this product is

Shirt produced for schools, hospitality groups, corporate uniform programmes and facilities operators to a specification agreed before cutting.

2. Fabric and construction

Shell fabric: set with you at the quoting stage, from the fabrics we hold for this product family. Construction: a collar and placket or a plain neckline as specified, with the cuff and hem finished to your brief. Gram weight, finish and trim are confirmed on the specification sheet before cutting, and the size chart is agreed against a physical sample rather than a table.

3. Customisation options

• Decoration: sublimation, screen print, transfer or embroidery. Send the artwork and we will name the method that suits it, rather than working the other way round.
• Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; one dye lot per order, so a small size and a large size match.
• Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; there is no minimum per size within the order, only a minimum for the order as a whole.
• Branding positions: positions are quoted individually, so adding a sleeve logo later does not mean re-quoting the whole order.
• Labels and packing: labelling and packing are specified per order: your label, our label, or none at all.

We make these in our own workshops rather than buying them in, which means an answer about fabric or construction comes from the floor rather than from a trader.

Can you match our exact brand colour?

Yes. Send a Pantone reference or a physical swatch. We match against it and confirm on the sample, and the reference stays on file so repeat orders hold the same shade.

Will a repeat order match the first one?

Your artwork, colour references and size chart are kept on file. Repeat the order against the original reference and it comes out matching; if a fabric has to be substituted we tell you before producing it.

What if the finished garments do not match the sample?

The approved sample is the reference for the whole order. Anything outside that reference is our problem to correct, which is why the sample stage is not skipped.
