2. Fabric and construction

Shell fabric: set with you at the quoting stage, from the fabrics we hold for this product family. Construction: a collar and placket or a plain neckline as specified, with the cuff and hem finished to your brief. Embroidery is quoted on stitch count rather than on a flat price, so you can see exactly what a larger logo costs you. Gram weight, finish and trim are confirmed on the specification sheet before cutting, and the size chart is agreed against a physical sample rather than a table.

• Decoration: embroidery. We look at the artwork before we quote, so the method we name is one your file can actually hold.
• Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; colour is matched against your reference and checked across the whole run before packing.
• Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; size splitting is normal on these orders, so order to the numbers you actually need.
• Branding positions: positions are quoted individually, so adding a sleeve logo later does not mean re-quoting the whole order.
• Labels and packing: we can apply your branded label and pack to your own carton and barcode standard.

Colour is the part of a custom order that is easiest to get wrong and hardest to argue about later, so every size in an order is cut from the same fabric lot and checked against the approved sample.

Can you match our exact brand colour?

Yes. Send a Pantone reference or a physical swatch. We match against it and confirm on the sample, and the reference stays on file so repeat orders hold the same shade.

Will a repeat order match the first one?

Your artwork, colour references and size chart are kept on file. Repeat the order against the original reference and it comes out matching; if a fabric has to be substituted we tell you before producing it.

What if the finished garments do not match the sample?

The approved sample is the reference for the whole order. Anything outside that reference is our problem to correct, which is why the sample stage is not skipped.
