Built for clubs, schools, brands and event organisers: a hoodie that carries your colours and your logo, not ours.

2. Fabric and construction

Shell fabric: confirmed with you before quoting — tell us the hand-feel, weight and stretch you are after, or ask for the fabrics we hold for this garment type. Construction: an attached hood with drawcord, a front pocket or kangaroo pocket, and ribbed cuffs and hem. The hood is cut as part of the garment rather than added afterwards, so it sits flat when worn down. The technical sheet carries the weight, the finish and the trim list, and it has to be agreed before we cut.

3. Customisation options

• Decoration: sublimation, screen print, transfer or embroidery. We look at the artwork before we quote, so the method we name is one your file can actually hold.
• Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; we cut the full size run from one lot, because a shade difference between sizes is the complaint you cannot fix afterwards.
• Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; there is no minimum per size within the order, only a minimum for the order as a whole.
• Branding positions: tell us the positions you want and every one is quoted on its own line.
• Labels and packing: woven label, printed neck label or size strip, poly-bagged or bulk-packed as you need.

The size run is confirmed against a physical sample rather than a table, because a garment that fits at the middle of a size range and gaps at the ends is a sizing problem your own customers will report.

What artwork file do you need from us?

Vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF) is ideal. For all-over or photographic designs a high-resolution raster file at 300 dpi at final print size also works. If you only have a sketch or a reference garment, send that and we will set the file up.

Do you put our own label in the garments?

Yes. Woven labels, printed neck labels and size strips can all carry your branding, and goods can be packed to your own carton and barcode standard.

Can we see a sample before committing?

Yes — a pre-production sample is produced and signed off before bulk starts. Approving the sample is what locks the fabric, colour and decoration method.
