This polo shirt is made to order for contractors, facilities operators, industrial suppliers and corporate uniform programmes. Nothing here is held as stock or sold as a stock design.
Shell fabric: set with you at the quoting stage, from the fabrics we hold for this product family. Construction: a placket with buttons, a knitted collar and side vents. The technical sheet carries the weight, the finish and the trim list, and it has to be agreed before we cut.
Decoration: sublimation, screen print, transfer or embroidery. We confirm the method against your artwork before quoting, because the same file can be right for one method and wrong for another.
Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; all sizes come off one fabric lot, which keeps the shade consistent end to end.
Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; there is no minimum per size within the order, only a minimum for the order as a whole.
Branding positions: chest and back are the usual starting points; sleeves, collar and hem are quoted as additions.
Labels and packing: labelling and packing are specified per order: your label, our label, or none at all.

Vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF) is ideal. For all-over or photographic designs a high-resolution raster file at 300 dpi at final print size also works. If you only have a sketch or a reference garment, send that and we will set the file up.
Yes. Woven labels, printed neck labels and size strips can all carry your branding, and goods can be packed to your own carton and barcode standard.
Yes — a pre-production sample is produced and signed off before bulk starts. Approving the sample is what locks the fabric, colour and decoration method.
