Shell fabric: chosen with you. Describe the weight and the feel you want, or ask to see what we hold for this garment. Construction: a full-zip front, ribbed or elasticated cuffs and hem, and a lined or unlined body as specified. The zip is specified by type and length so it does not twist or catch after washing. Weight, finish and trims are set on the specification sheet and signed off before the fabric is cut.
Decoration: sublimation, screen print, transfer or embroidery. We check the file against the process before pricing it, since line weights and gradients behave differently in each method.
Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; every size in an order is cut from the same fabric lot, so the colour does not drift between garments.
Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; mixed sizes are accepted inside a single order so you can order to your actual squad or staff breakdown.
Branding positions: tell us the positions you want and every one is quoted on its own line.
Labels and packing: packing is your choice — single poly-bag with size sticker, or bulk-packed by size.
