This shirt is produced for schools, hospitality groups, corporate uniform programmes and facilities operators, and every panel, colour and logo placement comes from your artwork.
Shell fabric: set with you at the quoting stage, from the fabrics we hold for this product family. Construction: a collar and placket or a plain neckline as specified, with the cuff and hem finished to your brief. Weight and finish are recorded on the specification sheet, and the size chart is checked against a physical sample before bulk.
Decoration: sublimation, screen print, transfer or embroidery. Send the artwork and we will name the method that suits it, rather than working the other way round.
Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; colour is matched against your reference and checked across the whole run before packing.
Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; orders are cut to your size breakdown, not to a stock assortment.
Branding positions: chest, back, sleeve, collar, hem and cuff — tell us where and we will quote each position.
Labels and packing: neck labels can be woven, printed or left plain, and packing can be individual poly-bags or bulk cartons.

Vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF) is ideal. For all-over or photographic designs a high-resolution raster file at 300 dpi at final print size also works. If you only have a sketch or a reference garment, send that and we will set the file up.
