A shorts designed around clubs, schools, brands and event organisers and the way the garment is actually worn.
Shell fabric: chosen with you. Describe the weight and the feel you want, or ask to see what we hold for this garment. Construction: an elasticated waistband with internal drawcord and side or flat seams. Artwork is printed into the fabric as a dye rather than laid on top of it, so there is no print layer to crack or peel, and the design can run continuously across every panel. Printing is chosen to suit the artwork: screen printing for flat spot colours, transfer for fine detail, sublimation for all-over designs. The specification sheet fixes the weight, the finish and the trims, and it is agreed with you before cutting starts.
Decoration: full sublimation / printed decoration. We confirm the method against your artwork before quoting, because the same file can be right for one method and wrong for another.
Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; every size in an order is cut from the same fabric lot, so the colour does not drift between garments.
Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; there is no minimum per size within the order, only a minimum for the order as a whole.
Branding positions: chest, back, sleeve, collar, hem and cuff — tell us where and we will quote each position.
Labels and packing: your own label can go into the neck, and goods can ship bagged for retail or loose in cartons.

Yes. Send a Pantone reference or a physical swatch. We match against it and confirm on the sample, and the reference stays on file so repeat orders hold the same shade.
Your artwork, colour references and size chart are kept on file. Repeat the order against the original reference and it comes out matching; if a fabric has to be substituted we tell you before producing it.
The approved sample is the reference for the whole order. Anything outside that reference is our problem to correct, which is why the sample stage is not skipped.
