Shell fabric: we will propose options for this garment type once we know the weight and stretch you need. Construction: a collar and placket or a plain neckline as specified, with the cuff and hem finished to your brief. The technical sheet carries the weight, the finish and the trim list, and it has to be agreed before we cut.
Decoration: sublimation, screen print, transfer or embroidery. Send the artwork and we will name the method that suits it, rather than working the other way round.
Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; colour is matched against your reference and checked across the whole run before packing.
Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; you can split the quantity across sizes rather than ordering a flat number of each.
Branding positions: chest, back, sleeve, collar, hem and cuff — tell us where and we will quote each position.
Labels and packing: woven label, printed neck label or size strip, poly-bagged or bulk-packed as you need.

Yes. Send a Pantone reference or a physical swatch. We match against it and confirm on the sample, and the reference stays on file so repeat orders hold the same shade.
Your artwork, colour references and size chart are kept on file. Repeat the order against the original reference and it comes out matching; if a fabric has to be substituted we tell you before producing it.
