1. What this product is

Built for football clubs, school teams, colleges and grassroots leagues: a t-shirt that carries your colours and your logo, not ours.

2. Fabric and construction

Shell fabric: set with you at the quoting stage, from the fabrics we hold for this product family. Construction: a ribbed neckband and shoulder-to-shoulder taping. The technical sheet carries the weight, the finish and the trim list, and it has to be agreed before we cut.

3. Customisation options

• Decoration: sublimation, screen print, transfer or embroidery. We check the file against the process before pricing it, since line weights and gradients behave differently in each method.
• Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; the whole order is cut from a single lot so the colour holds across the size run.
• Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; mixed sizes are accepted inside a single order so you can order to your actual squad or staff breakdown.
• Branding positions: positions are quoted individually, so adding a sleeve logo later does not mean re-quoting the whole order.
• Labels and packing: packing is your choice — single poly-bag with size sticker, or bulk-packed by size.

Can you match our exact brand colour?

Yes. Send a Pantone reference or a physical swatch. We match against it and confirm on the sample, and the reference stays on file so repeat orders hold the same shade.

Will a repeat order match the first one?

Your artwork, colour references and size chart are kept on file. Repeat the order against the original reference and it comes out matching; if a fabric has to be substituted we tell you before producing it.

What if the finished garments do not match the sample?

The approved sample is the reference for the whole order. Anything outside that reference is our problem to correct, which is why the sample stage is not skipped.
