This hoodie is made to order for fishing clubs, charter operators, tackle brands and outdoor retailers. Nothing here is held as stock or sold as a stock design.
Shell fabric: selected against your requirement, whether that is a specific composition or a reference sample you send us. Construction: an attached hood with drawcord, a front pocket or kangaroo pocket, and ribbed cuffs and hem. The hood is cut as part of the garment rather than added afterwards, so it sits flat when worn down. Nothing is cut until the specification sheet is agreed: weight, finish and trims are all on it, together with the size chart.
Decoration: sublimation, screen print, transfer or embroidery. We look at the artwork before we quote, so the method we name is one your file can actually hold.
Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; we cut the full size run from one lot, because a shade difference between sizes is the complaint you cannot fix afterwards.
Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; orders are cut to your size breakdown, not to a stock assortment.
Branding positions: left chest, right chest, centre back, sleeves, collar and hem, each priced separately.
Labels and packing: neck labels can be woven, printed or left plain, and packing can be individual poly-bags or bulk cartons.

Yes — a pre-production sample is produced and signed off before bulk starts. Approving the sample is what locks the fabric, colour and decoration method.
