Shirt made for circuit teams, race series organisers and motorsport sponsors — produced to your own artwork rather than to a stock design.
Shell fabric: set with you at the quoting stage, from the fabrics we hold for this product family. Construction: a collar and placket or a plain neckline as specified, with the cuff and hem finished to your brief. Embroidery is quoted on stitch count rather than on a flat price, so you can see exactly what a larger logo costs you. The specification sheet fixes the weight, the finish and the trims, and it is agreed with you before cutting starts.
Decoration: embroidery. We confirm the method against your artwork before quoting, because the same file can be right for one method and wrong for another.
Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; every size in an order is cut from the same fabric lot, so the colour does not drift between garments.
Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; there is no minimum per size within the order, only a minimum for the order as a whole.
Branding positions: chest, back, sleeve, collar, hem and cuff — tell us where and we will quote each position.
Labels and packing: your own label can go into the neck, and goods can ship bagged for retail or loose in cartons.

Yes — a pre-production sample is produced and signed off before bulk starts. Approving the sample is what locks the fabric, colour and decoration method.
