Shell fabric: set with you at the quoting stage, from the fabrics we hold for this product family. Construction: a ribbed neckband and shoulder-to-shoulder taping. Gram weight, finish and trim are confirmed on the specification sheet before cutting, and the size chart is agreed against a physical sample rather than a table.
Decoration: sublimation, screen print, transfer or embroidery. We look at the artwork before we quote, so the method we name is one your file can actually hold.
Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; colour is matched against your reference and checked across the whole run before packing.
Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; mixed sizes are accepted inside a single order so you can order to your actual squad or staff breakdown.
Branding positions: positions are quoted individually, so adding a sleeve logo later does not mean re-quoting the whole order.
Labels and packing: your own label can go into the neck, and goods can ship bagged for retail or loose in cartons.

Yes — a pre-production sample is produced and signed off before bulk starts. Approving the sample is what locks the fabric, colour and decoration method.
