Product Description
This t-shirt is made to order for motorcycle riders, track-day organisers and riding-gear brands. Nothing here is held as stock or sold as a stock design.
Shell fabric: single jersey. Construction: a ribbed neckband and shoulder-to-shoulder taping. The fabric sheds moisture quickly, which matters when a garment is worn on consecutive days and has to be dry by the next morning. The inner face pulls sweat away from the skin so the garment stays comfortable rather than clinging. The specification sheet fixes the weight, the finish and the trims, and it is agreed with you before cutting starts.
Decoration: sublimation, screen print, transfer or embroidery. Send the artwork and we will name the method that suits it, rather than working the other way round.
Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; we cut the full size run from one lot, because a shade difference between sizes is the complaint you cannot fix afterwards.
Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; orders are cut to your size breakdown, not to a stock assortment.
Branding positions: tell us the positions you want and every one is quoted on its own line.
Labels and packing: your own label can go into the neck, and goods can ship bagged for retail or loose in cartons.

Your artwork, colour references and size chart are kept on file. Repeat the order against the original reference and it comes out matching; if a fabric has to be substituted we tell you before producing it.
The approved sample is the reference for the whole order. Anything outside that reference is our problem to correct, which is why the sample stage is not skipped.
It depends on quantity, decoration method and the date you need the goods. Tell us your deadline and we will confirm the production window before you commit to anything.
