Product Description
Jacket for pickleball clubs, open-play leagues and tournament organisers. Send your artwork and size breakdown and we build the garment around them.
Shell fabric: set with you at the quoting stage, from the fabrics we hold for this product family. Construction: a full-zip front, ribbed or elasticated cuffs and hem, and a lined or unlined body as specified. The hood is cut as part of the garment rather than added afterwards, so it sits flat when worn down. Insulation is graded to the season you are buying for, so a winter order and a shoulder-season order need not be the same garment. Printing is chosen to suit the artwork: screen printing for flat spot colours, transfer for fine detail, sublimation for all-over designs. The zip is specified by type and length so it does not twist or catch after washing. The technical sheet carries the weight, the finish and the trim list, and it has to be agreed before we cut.
Decoration: printed decoration. We check the file against the process before pricing it, since line weights and gradients behave differently in each method.
Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; every size in an order is cut from the same fabric lot, so the colour does not drift between garments.
Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; send the numbers per size and we cut to them, rather than rounding to a standard ratio.
Branding positions: we quote per decoration position, so the price you see reflects exactly what you asked for.
Labels and packing: packing is your choice — single poly-bag with size sticker, or bulk-packed by size.
