Product Description
Hooded Top for baseball and softball clubs, school teams and league merchandise. Send your artwork and size breakdown and we build the garment around them.
Shell fabric: a fleece-backed knit. Construction: an integrated hood, a full front opening and ribbed cuffs and hem. The hood is cut as part of the garment rather than added afterwards, so it sits flat when worn down. The brushed inner face traps air against the body and stays soft after repeated washing. Printing is chosen to suit the artwork: screen printing for flat spot colours, transfer for fine detail, sublimation for all-over designs. The technical sheet carries the weight, the finish and the trim list, and it has to be agreed before we cut.
Decoration: printed decoration. We check the file against the process before pricing it, since line weights and gradients behave differently in each method.
Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; we cut the full size run from one lot, because a shade difference between sizes is the complaint you cannot fix afterwards.
Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; there is no minimum per size within the order, only a minimum for the order as a whole.
Branding positions: positions are quoted individually, so adding a sleeve logo later does not mean re-quoting the whole order.
Labels and packing: neck labels can be woven, printed or left plain, and packing can be individual poly-bags or bulk cartons.

The season runs long and the kit gets washed constantly, so the garment has to keep its shape and colour. This product sits in our Custom Sportswear range. If the garment carries a sponsor, a club badge or a school crest, tell us at the quoting stage: placement on a small panel is a different conversation from placement on a large one.
