T-Shirt manufactured for rugby clubs, school and university teams and community leagues, with the fabric and construction chosen to suit how it is used.
Shell fabric: chosen with you. Describe the weight and the feel you want, or ask to see what we hold for this garment. Construction: a ribbed neckband and shoulder-to-shoulder taping. Nothing is cut until the specification sheet is agreed: weight, finish and trims are all on it, together with the size chart.
Decoration: sublimation, screen print, transfer or embroidery. Send the artwork and we will name the method that suits it, rather than working the other way round.
Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; one dye lot per order, so a small size and a large size match.
Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; size splitting is normal on these orders, so order to the numbers you actually need.
Branding positions: left chest, right chest, centre back, sleeves, collar and hem, each priced separately.
Labels and packing: labelling and packing are specified per order: your label, our label, or none at all.

Rugby kit is pulled, gripped and tackled in, so the construction matters more than the look. This product sits in our Sports Teamwear range. If the garment carries a sponsor, a club badge or a school crest, tell us at the quoting stage: placement on a small panel is a different conversation from placement on a large one.
