Shell fabric: set with you at the quoting stage, from the fabrics we hold for this product family. Construction: a collar and placket or a plain neckline as specified, with the cuff and hem finished to your brief. Sleeve length and cuff construction are specified per size rather than scaled from one sample. Weight and finish are recorded on the specification sheet, and the size chart is checked against a physical sample before bulk.
Decoration: sublimation, screen print, transfer or embroidery. We confirm the method against your artwork before quoting, because the same file can be right for one method and wrong for another.
Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; we cut the full size run from one lot, because a shade difference between sizes is the complaint you cannot fix afterwards.
Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; there is no minimum per size within the order, only a minimum for the order as a whole.
Branding positions: we quote per decoration position, so the price you see reflects exactly what you asked for.
Labels and packing: woven label, printed neck label or size strip, poly-bagged or bulk-packed as you need.
