    1. What is YINSHAN Sportswear design policy?

You can send us the design files in AI, PDF and CDR format. Furthermore, pictures are also workable for us. If you have no design, don't worry, our professional designers are happy to make custom sportswear designs for you, with free of charge.

    2. What is YINSHAN Sportswear sample policy?

Sample fee is refundable. We will refund a different proportion of sample fee to you based on the quantity of your bulk order. Normally, the sampling cost is just covering the pattern module and printing or embroidery module.

    3. When does YINSHAN Sportswear start your production?

We will start production once your samples approved, detailed PO confirmed, and your order deposit received by our bank.

    4. What is YINSHAN Sportswear return policy?

YINSHAN Sportswear takes pride in offering high-quality custom sportswear and sports teamwear to every client. If the products you received are with quality defectives which caused by us, we will remake the order and ship to you with our costs. We take all responsibilities for quality issues.

    5. Can I reorder items with artwork I used in the past?

Definitely yes! We save all of your design files for 12 months, in order to make repeat orders quickly and easily.
